Our principal and founder, Leigh Besson, is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and lifelong resident of Rhode Island. His  previous experience includes: general contracting, and building. He is well prepared for his chosen profession. 
   He began appraising in 1990; prior to Rhode Island’s appraiser certification law. He was one of the first to pass the certified appraiser requirement after the law was passed in 1995, and now holds Certification Number 269. 
     Leigh’s background qualifies him for professional leadership with a strong focus on excellence.

   Administration management is carried on by Karen Besson. Karen has a strong technology and organizational background that focuses on customer service and administrative effectiveness.
   The office, under Karen’s management, includes up-to-date communications and information technology systems focused to service clients’ needs.
