Leigh Besson has been on the FHA Certification Roster since 1996 and is
approved to prepare appraisals for FHA insured homes. Besson Appraisals, Inc.
follows all policies and procedures withing the FHA guidelines.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is 3-5 days after the appointment is made. All
appointments are made within 24 hours of receiving the appraisal order.

How do you maintain your Standards of Professional Practice?
A.
All appraisers are reviewed by our chief  appraiser, Leigh Besson. Leigh
holds a current RI State Certified appraisal license and has completed all
required continuing education training.

Are you insured?
A.
Besson Appriasals, Inc. holds Appraisal Errors & Omissions Insurance
through Lexington Insurance Company with a covered minimum of $1,000,000.
